[PRODUCT RELEASE] - V1.3.0 Jira Integration & Phishing Assessments

We're excited to announce the latest additions to Harpe, the SaaS tool designed to help businesses obtain ISO27001 certification. With these new features, Harpe users can now easily manage their Information Security Management System (ISMS) and stay on top of their compliance with new integration capabilities and methods to test and harden your defences.

New feature: Jira integration

Streamline your ISMS with the ability to integrate with your Jira boards! We’ve made completing your Harpe tasks easier than ever.

By linking your Jira with your Harpe account, we’ll add your new Feed tasks straight to your Jira board. When you complete the ticket, we’ll mark this as done in your Feed. Simple!

Jira integration set-up

1. Go to company settings by clicking the cog in the top left corner.
2. Click Connect next to Jira under Connected Services.
3. Select your Jira board.
4. Click Accept.
5. Manage your Harpe Feed from your Jira board and vice versa!

New feature: Phishing assessment

There’s a new addition to the Assess tab: Phishing. This guided assessment helps you run a test of your defences and employee knowledge against phishing attacks, one of the most common threats to your organisation.

Running a phishing assessment

1. Navigate to the Assess tab.
2. Click the New button in the top right corner.
3. Select Phishing from the dropdown menu, then Add.
4. Click your new Phishing assessment from the list of assessments.
5. Follow the steps to complete your Phishing assessment.
6. Download your report with the Download Report button.
