Introducing the Latest Features of Harpe

We are excited to announce the latest features of Harpe, designed to enhance your experience and streamline your task management. Harpe is an easy-to-use ISMS management tool that helps businesses to keep track of their tasks and compliances efficiently. With the new features, Harpe is now even more robust and flexible to meet your business needs.

Here are the new features of Harpe:

1. Harpe Feed - With the new Harpe Feed, you can now view all your current and upcoming tasks in one place. This feature makes it easier to stay on top of your workload and track your progress.
2. Permission Issues - The permission options have been reduced to ‘Admin’ and ‘Employee’, making it easier to manage access and permissions for different roles within the organisation.
3. Re-send Invitation - You can now send a second invitation email to new users who have not yet accepted the invitation to join Harpe.
4. Pre-made Templates - New users can now choose from a selection of pre-made templates that make it easier to get started with Harpe and manage their tasks effectively.
5. Risk Status Update - The Risk Status Update now shows the level of risk and associated colour, making it easier to identify and prioritise tasks according to their risk level.
6. People Delete feature - You can now easily delete unnecessary people from your account, which helps to keep your database clean and organised.
7. Employee Background Checks & NDA - You can now indicate whether an employee has had a background check and whether there is a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) in place, helping to ensure compliance and security.
8. Task Summary Widget - The Task Summary Widget now shows the matching feed tasks, providing a quick overview of all your tasks and progress.
9. Wizard Descriptions - There are now descriptions added to the Harpe Wizard tasks, which make it easier to understand and complete tasks.
10. Asset Owners - There is now a mandatory field to indicate who the asset owner is, helping to keep track of ownership and responsibility.
11. Associated Documents for Risks - There is now an associated documents section available for risks, making it easier to manage and track documentation related to each risk.
12. Training Tick Indicator - There is now a green tick indicator to show that a user has completed all of their training, helping to ensure compliance and accountability.
13. First Person Added - You can now add the first person without having to select a line manager, making it easier to get started with Harpe.
